Want to puke.
Our carpet is all wet and it REEKS. Just called the landlord. They’re going to be tearing apart my bedroom and bathroom, I’m sure. She said she thought it was probably coming from the unit above us, though. We’re on the ground floor.
Here’s some pics of random dinosaur craziness, taken at a truck stop in Yermo, CA.
Wish me luck.

What! That is horrible. Oh did it damage any of your clothing or furniture etc?

The maintenance guy said the neighbor next door had a water leak and it must have spread to our apartment. Apparently not a sewage leak…just smells like one! I think it’s mold that’s making me feel sick.

A box of cds got kind of wet, everything else was in plastic tubs and safe, I think.

Fortunately, it was all in Daniel’s closet, and he barely has anything in there. Had to throw some socks and stuff away that were on the floor in his closet…also some old pillows.

We had this happen in one of our apartments. Nasty, nasty. You really need to make sure they treat for the mold. That’s dangerous.
Your dino pics make me nostalgic for Land of the Lost.
Good luck! Vaya con dios! Etc, etc, etc.

Oh no! Here’s hoping it’s nothing too horrible (or long!) to fix!

Yuck! Yuck! Glad nothing got damaged though. Hopefully they can get it fixed and cleaned up quick.

I love how you just tied this whole post together! LOL!
I hope they solve your problem quickly–sounds awful.
Love these shots.

Oh, man! I’m glad it’s not sewage, either. One time I was an RA (well, it was a CA, but that will make the story too long) in an on-campus dorm in a very OLD dorm building, and twice that summer the bottom floor (where I lived) had sewage leaks. The rude (and very chauvenistic) plumber said it was because of all those “women and their tampons”. I think it was just because it was an old, old building. And it was nasty stuff… blech…
