The specific limited purpose of

…anything?

Taken with a cell phone. This is in Pershing Square, a park in downtown LA. If you’ve seen the movie The Soloist, this park is in it. So is Robert Downey Jr, who I could watch in anything. I actually sat through about 20 minutes of a movie I thought was completely lame because Robert Downey Jr was in it. My husband came in and asked what the movie was about. I said I wasn’t paying attention to that, I was just watching Robert Downey Jr.

I can’t remember what movie it was, but it had this scene in it I thought was funny. He’s in a hotel room with a woman’s dead body (don’t know how he got there) and he wraps her in a rug and dumps her out the window. Then he goes outside to where he dropped her and he’s in this spot:

All the air is wrong, wrong

Which is nowhere near a hotel.

Kind of like in Say Anything when John Cusack is driving around at night, they show him go from the U-District to Bellevue like they’re right around the corner from each other. Or in Sleepless in Seattle, when Meg Ryan follows Tom Hanks from Lake Union (he’s in his boat) to Alki (she’s in her car). Or whatever.
